After you submit the form, give online at the level you chose:
Community Partner — Bronze - $300

Checks payable to Crockett PTO, memo Partnership.
Mail: Crockett PTO, 1300 Girard, San Marcos TX 78666.Also complete the online Community Partner Form and note “paying by check.”
A tax receipt will be emailed after the Treasurer confirms deposit.

Fence banner on Clyde Street (school-year visibility, parent and road traffic). Partner provides banner up to 3 ft × 9 ft
In-kind donations
Crockett PTO welcomes in-kind gifts. In the past, in-kind donations have included: gift cards and raffle prizes, coffee, snacks, and meals for staff appreciation and conference days, food and drinks for family events, craft and party supplies for holiday and end-of-year activities, merchandise or services used as Raise Craze incentives, and classroom or lounge items for teachers and staff.

Meeting thanks happen at the next general PTO meeting after your gift is received (held on second Tuesday, 5:30 pm). Facebook posts and decal delivery usually follow within a few weeks. Silver and Gold marquee weeks are scheduled with the campus office. Gold fence banners are coordinated for the school year with the Community Partnership Lead. Camp banner logos are due in February- before the March Camp Crockett push.

Annual Community Partner tiers are school-year benefits for Crockett PTO overall. Camp Crockett may have separate sponsor opportunities. Gold partners can choose to appear on the Camp Crockett PTO banner instead of a year-long fence banner—note that on the Community Partner Form or email us.

Silver ($500) includes everything in Bronze, plus at least one week recognition on the school marquee at Girard/Clyde.
Gold ($1,000+) includes everything in Silver, plus a fence banner on Clyde Street for the school year (your banner, up to 3×9 ft) or your logo on the PTO Camp Crockett banner in March.
